Our new online booking system is up and running! Sign up for an account, and all your details will be saved for next time! For the moment we're still accepting payment in the same ways as before (Cash, Cheque, Bank TT, FPS) but hope Credit Card payments will be added shortly.

Catching Up With Robin
Great to see Robin Elg down at Repulse training with the National Team prior to their Japan trip. Great results from him in the last couple of months - check out his results from Japan in June, and Hamburg in July in the results section below.

CIS X Country
We're glad to announce that this coming term we'll be coaching an additional school CIS X country session exclusively for Primary students on Mondays straight after school.
Secondary will continue on Tuesday mornings before school as usual. Island School X Country
We're glad to announce that this coming term we'll also start coaching the Island School X country team straight after school on Thursday afternoons.
We look forward to building a great set of new athletes from Island. Pauline and Zoe off to Uni
We say goodbye to two of our very long term athletes, Pauline and Zoe, as they take the next step of their journey to University in Europe. The two of them will continue to train and represent Hong Kong whilst they study. Good luck girls - You've always, and will continue to, set a superb example for our younger athletes.
Masters World Swim Champs
Good luck to our adult athletes who are travelling to Japan early August for the Masters World Swim Champs.
Athlete Throwback
Once per month we'll be putting the spotlight on a 26 alumni athlete by asking them to give us some of their favourite memories, some advice, and an update on where they are now. Anju was a long time 26 Triathlete in our famous Youth Development Programme.

World Triathlon Hamburg
What a weekend in Hamburg at the World Triathlon Sprint & Relay Championships!
A big step up from racing in Asia but everyone put their best foot forward and stood up to the task. Awesome performances, well done guys. Junior women: Zoe Metais 37th Pauline Courret 38th Elite Men: Oscar Coggins Heat 1 20th, heat 2 14th - faster the 2nd time around - nice one! U23 Relay - Robin Elg, and Jason Ng - Team DSQ, lessons learned here but would’ve been 14th just in front of China. Just racing from both Robin and Jason - well done lads. Tour De Britain 1913km Cycling
They’ve done it! The Tour De Britain is finished - a whopping 1913km journey from Lands End in Cornwall all the way up to John O Groats in the north of Scotland!
It’s been a long journey full of cold wet UK weather, bike repairs, and more pubs you can shake a stick at. Well done guys - make sure it’s all on Strava or you’ll have to get started on the journey back… They’ve done a great job of raising money for two charities, Kely group based in Hong Kong and Blendsworth centre in the UK - over $30k raised! |
