TRAINING PLANS FOR ALL ABILITIES

​The options we offer are streamlined, flexible, and suitable for all levels of athletes.
We run an extensive adult group programme in partnership with Wright Coaching offering multiple adult group sessions in swimming, cycling, running and triathlon.
As well as the group sessions we offer monthly individually tailored training programmes delivered via the online platform Training Peaks, and are also available for one on one sessions for all disciplines.
Each week we’ll send you a bespoke programme designed specifically to achieve your goals and fit in with your personal/professional commitments. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Swimming, Cycling, Running, Triathlon

MONTHLY PROGRAMES

We nurture every athlete and build strength and character to achieve every individual's goals. We are unique as every athlete is individual, no matter what age, background or time limits, we grow each athlete according to realistic achievements. Our expertise is in all areas from youth beginners to identifying youth talent to beginner adults to age group winners and to ITU champions. Wherever you are in life, our commitment and unique insight is your gain. We value communication, see consistency as key and value long term commitment as Rome was not built in a day! 

Our current monthly athletes include first time triathletes, 70.3 Age Group Qualifiers, Runners and Swimmers of varying distances.

ADULT GROUP SESSIONS

Our adult group sessions are available for all ages and abilities. We currently have a tight knit very social group of adult athletes who train and push each other multiple times per week.
We operate our sessions on a mix and match basis so that you can come to any session, and you only pay for the sessions that you attend. A free trial session is offered so that you can experience the group and style of coaching before you commit to anything.

POOL ​SWIMMING

Masters Pool Swimming

Focus: Drills, Technique, Endurance, Sprints.
Venue: Kennedy Town Swimming Pool
Days: Monday & Wednesday 07:00-08:00AM
Cost: Drop In $250, 5 Session Pack $1.2k, 10 Session Pack $2k, Unlimited per month $2.2k - Mix & Match all Swim & Run sessions.

These sessions are appropriate for anyone who can swim 100m non stop.

OPEN WATER SWIM SESSIONS

Day: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
Time: Tues & Thurs 06:00-07:30AM
Sat 07:00-08:00

Cost: Drop In $250, 5 Session Pack $1.2k, 10 Session Pack $2k, 
Unlimited per month $2.2k - Mix & Match all Swim & Run sessions.
These sessions are appropriate for anyone who can swim 200m non stop. They are structured similar to pool sessions and all take place within the Shark net.​

Time: Core 18:30-19:00, Run 19:00-20:15

Sessions are made up of technique, drills, and different distances. Suitable for any level of runner.

REGISTRATION

1:1 COACHING

Get 100% of the coach's attention with a one on one session. Whether you want to work on technique, key specifics, or want a coach to push you to the next level we have you covered.
​
Sessions can be organised at a venue that is convenient for you, either at a public space, sports venue, or at your own home.​Where appropriate a semi private (2 people) can also be offered for the same price. 
​
One on One sessions are currently available for:
  • Triathlon
  • Swimming
  • Running - Track or Trail
  • Cycling
  • Strength & Conditioning
