This is an outstanding camp for any student athletes interested in running cross country, events in track & field, or any other sport athletes interested in improving their speed, agility, flexibility, power and explosiveness. Running: Athletes will learn about: 1) Developing and maintaining a Running Base 2) Running Form & Mechanics 3) Running Safety 4) Strength/Core Training 5) Aerobic/Anaerobic/Speed training 6) Injury prevention 7) Race Tactics.
There will be a focus on performance through enjoyment of the sport of running. The camp will be built and balanced around the group of joining athletes. Within each session there will be appropriate sub groups formed to ensure all athletes are doing age and physically appropriate training.

All sessions require a minimum of 3 participants to go ahead. Week 1 - Feb 16th - 21st 16th Mon - Happy Valley 09:00-10:15AM - Running 17th Tues - Repulse Bay Beach 08:00-09:15AM - Beach run & Strength 19th Thurs - Repulse Bay Beach 08:00-09:15AM - Beach run & Strength 20th Fri - Aberdeen Track 08:00-09:15AM - Running 21st Sat - Repulse Bay Beach 08:00-09:15AM - Beach run & Strength Please pay special attention to venues and times as they are slightly different from normal term time! All sessions require a minimum of 3 enrolled students to go ahead.
Cost CNY Camp Sessions: 1-2 Sessions - $250 per session 3-4 Sessions per week - $240 per session 5 - $225 per session
