Easter Camp Schedule

This is an outstanding camp for any student athletes interested in running cross country, events in track & field, or any other sport athletes interested in improving their speed, agility, flexibility, power and explosiveness.

Athletes will learn about:
1) Developing and maintaining a Running Base
2) Form & Mechanics
3) Running Safety
4) Strength/Core Training
5) Aerobic/Anaerobic/Speed training
6) Injury prevention
7) Race Tactics & Skills

There will be a focus on performance through enjoyment of the sport of running and aquathlon. The camp will be built and balanced around the group of joining athletes. Within each session there will be appropriate sub groups formed to ensure all athletes are doing age and physically appropriate training.

Our Easter programme is a daily sign up - choose as many sessions as you like. Sign up using the button at the bottom of this page.

All sessions require a minimum of 3 participants to go ahead.

5th April Sat - Chinese International School - 10:30-11:45AM Bike Skills

Week 2 - April 6th - 12th
Week 2 will have a special Aquathlon focus to prep athletes for the Aquathlon Race 1 hosted by the Hong Kong Triathlon Association on Sunday 12th April at Pak Shek Kok pier.

12th Sun - HKTRIA Aquathlon 1 - not included in the camp - must enter this race yourself via the Triathlon Association Website - Click here to sign up. Deadline: 1st April
Cost
1-2 Sessions - $250 per session
3-4 Sessions per week - $240 per session
5+ - $225 per session
