This is an outstanding camp for any student athletes interested in running cross country, events in track & field, or any other sport athletes interested in improving their speed, agility, flexibility, power and explosiveness.

As the Hong Kong Triathlon Association are hosting their first Aquathlon of the year at the end of week 2 of our camp this is the perfect time to try one of the best sports in the world! All the sessions at Happy Valley and Aberdeen will have their usual running focus! What Is Aquathlon? Aquathlon is a high-energy, two-discipline sport. It combines swimming and running into one seamless event. It's accessible for beginners yet scalable for the more elite athletes. The swim can be done in the pool, or open water.
