Plans will be uploaded to the Training Peaks platform at the end of each week and adapted as necessary. If you prefer to have your plan in a PDF format this can also be an option.
Feedback can be given after sessions via Training Peaks, e-mail, or Whatsapp.
The harder we work together the better the results.
All monthly plans are executed by the athletes on their own terms. When available I may suggest to monthly athletes to join group sessions. Monthly athletes can join all group sessions for no extra charge. Group Schedule: * Please note that due to light conditions the Thurs OWS will be 6:30-7:30AM until further notice.
