Hello Paris 2024!Huge news in the month of May - Jason 'Long Long' Ng has become 26 Olympian number 2! In Tokyo we had Oscar Coggins, and in Paris we have now confirmed Long Long! Qualifying for Olympic triathlon is a monumental task - very different from most sports - you need to consistently race and score points in order to secure a very limited number of places.
Just shows that a base of good skills, athletic nurture, and competitive spirit in a Youth athlete can lead to dreams coming true! We've already got talk of at least 3 26 alumni pushing for the LA games in 2028 - Oscar, Long Long, and Robin. Well done Long Long - great work! Term 3 - Almost Done! It's absolutely flown by - can't believe just how fast the time has gone by this term! Can't stress how impressed by the progress we've had this term - thanks to everyone who has joined!
Apr 8 - Jun 28 (can't believe we're almost back to Summer already!) TERM 3 - Click Here Summer Camps Are OutFor those of you who are staying in Hong Kong over the Summer we will be running camps so you can continue your training all the way through! Camps will be done on a weekly basis and will start from July 15th!

TT MonthAs part of May we decided to bring back an old tradition of the Happy Valley Loop Time Trial. Everyone in the programme either did a timed 1.4km HV loop, or a 1500m TT on the track. It's all tracked online, and we'll reTT and compare times before the end of term, or next 26 year!
Dive Into OWSOur Open Water Swimming programme welcomes a mix of the Youth and the Adult programme. It will continue over the summer - get involved as long as you can swim 200m unaided.
Tuesday & Thursday 06:00-07:30AM, Saturday 07:00-08:00, all at Repulse Bay! Fun At The TrackA big part of Youth coaching, especially for the very youngest athletes, is fun! You won't get anywhere in sport without enjoying what you're doing. During our sessions we try to incorporate exercises that not only make you a better runner, but also improve your co-ordination, neuromuscular connection, and strength - whilst of course being enjoyable by every athlete!
D'ag Dash Save The DateYou are the first to know! Tentative date for the D'ag Dash 2025 is 18th Sept. Save the date and get training. There are 900m, 1.8km, 5km, and 10km options - distances for everyone!
Papparazzi EverywhereThey're famous! Cool interview from the Taizhou China Youth Championships, where our two HK reps Sarah and Petra got interviewed not once but twice! Influencers already!
Check their results in the results section! Strava - Follow Us!Our new Strava account is up and running - jump on and follow. There is also a 26 club registered under the clubs tab - get involved for some Strava challenges that will be coming soon!
Stability, Balance, CoordinationAs part of warm up and core for many of our athletes we've added in our stability routine - since doing this we've seen a marked increase in better run form, and a decrease in shin splints related pain. Strong ankles, knees, and hips are key to running well. Keep up the good progress.
Aberdeen Sunset GaloreThe weather has been pretty wet this May, but that's led to cooler temperatures and cleaner air, making for a great sunset backdrop to many of our Aberdeen track sessions.
The Big Sticker Has ArrivedThe big sticker will now be added to our Athlete Of The Month packs - choose where you stick it carefully - there will be less than 20 in existence!

With grit and determination, the unlikely band of runners eventually overcomes the odds to forge not only a championship cross-country team but an enduring legacy as well.
