Stability & BalanceWe've shifted back to the very basics of running and started integrating stability, balance, and plyometric work into every workout - seen some big benefits in terms of less shin splints, stronger run, and better form. Keep up the good work guys.
Coach Sasha - Thank You!We've had one of our Youth athletes, Sasha, giving back to the younger ones with some work experience a couple of times per week. It's been a blast, the Primary aged athletes have loved having her as part of their sessions! Thanks Sasha, look forward to you helping again in the future!
