Tuesday @ 4:30pm-5:30pm Aberdeen Track (Suitable for 7-11 Years) 
Tuesday @ 5:30pm-7:15pm Aberdeen Track (12+ Years - includes core)
Wednesday @ 4pm-5pm Aberdeen track  (Suitable for 6-9 Years)
Wednesday @ 5pm-6:15pm SPRINT SPECIFIC Aberdeen track (Suitable for 10-18 Years)
Thursday @ 5:30pm-7:15pm Aberdeen track (12+ Years - includes core)
Friday @ 4pm-5pm Happy Valley  (Suitable for 6-9 Years)
Friday @ 5pm-6:15pm Happy Valley  (Suitable for 10-16 Years) 
(Aquathlon - Run + Swim) Saturday @ 8am-9:15am Repulse Bay (Suitable for 8 - 18 Years)
Bike Skills @ 10:30am - 11:45am Chinese International School (Suitable for 8 - 18 Years)

Half Term Fees - $245 per lesson.
10% Discount for 2 lessons per week.
15% Discount for 3+ lessons per week.
