WEATHER INCREMENT
Please be advised that all sessions will be cancelled if the Thunderstorm, Red or Black Rain warnings have been issued an hour before the session is due to start. If a Typoon 3 warning or above has been hoisted sessions will be cancelled. In any of these events an email will be sent an hour before the session is due to start.
PRO RATA OF FEES
The pro rata of term fees for Youth sessions only start after the first 4 weeks of the beginning of the new term. Until that point normal term fees will apply.
MAKE UP SESSIONS
We do not offer make up sessions if a session is missed due to the athletes not being able to make it. We will look into a refund if a long term illness or injury occurs. We will offer a make up session if session is cancelled due to our part or weather.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your 26 products. 26 offers a 30 day returns policy for product bought on the 26 website.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return it for repair, exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Should you wish to exchange your purchase, as long as the item is "as new" with all tags intact, 26 will accept it and replace with the same product. The cost for sending items back will be paid by the purchaser. Please follow the "How to make a Return" information below.
"As new" means unwashed and unworn. We strongly recommend that you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the 26 team.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the 26 online store.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.

- Please use the 26 Delivery and Returns Note which you will find enclosed with your order.
- Simply complete the information contained on the Delivery and Returns Note and send it back to us together with a copy of the purchase invoice and with the item/s
- Next to the product description listed on the Delivery and Returns Note, select Repair/Exchange or Refund.
- Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging.
- Please post the package back to:

- Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you.
- However should you wish to expedite an exchange, we would recommend re-ordering your desired item online to enable us to process that immediately, whilst you return your item to us for a full refund.
