This was a really hard one to pick this month - there were three really strong candidates, but only one can AOTM. She's one of the most consistent athletes with her training out of anyone in the programme. We've seen some huge jumps in her performance recently - especially in her swimming. Keep up the good work - Nicole Chau!

He's one of the most consistent athletes with his training out of all the adults. Racing almost every weekend, and always rocking a great attitude in training. Growing the medal collection every week. Keep up the good work - Alex Murchie.

Aquathlon Champs
Well done to all our athletes on the weekend at the 2023 Aquathlon Championships at Science Park. Great results from both youth and adults to round off the HKTRIA Aquathlon year. The Typhoon taper must have made quite the difference!

Congratulations to YDP athlete Petra Stamenovic for her win in the 800m at the Watsons Athletics Club Annual Challenge 2023. She was way ahead from the start for a surge win, and came within less than 2 seconds of the record. She'll be racing the 1500m on Oct 1 - good luck!

The Swim God continues his Open Water swim streak! This month in his hometown in Italy.
1st in Age Group, and 10th Overall. Francesco's brother Sergio, who also swam with us at World Masters Champs in Aug, also competed and was 2nd in his age group. Well done guys - Hawaiian pizza on us when you're back to HK! |
Summer Tri Challenge
Well done to all our athletes who raced on the weekend at the Hong Kong Summer Triathlon Challenge at Plover Cove. Some great results. Can’t wait to see all of these guys race at the upcoming Laguna Phuket Tri, and Asia Cup which is now being held in Central!
