Messages for cancelled sessions will be issued via WhatsApp groups, and the registered email via the Bookeo system an hour before sessions.
Please be patient and wait for messages via the above means. Individual enquires re weather may not be answered.
SATURDAY - AFTERNOON SESSION - 1:15 – 5:00pm If we need to cancel classes on Saturday afternoon, we will send an email to you at 11:15am. We suggest that you continue to check your email until 12noon as sometimes emails can take time to send. If you do not receive an email, please assume that classes are going ahead as scheduled. Our decision will be based on the following: Heavy and Persistent Rain
If the Red/Black Rainstorm warning is in place at 11:00am, ALL lessons will be CANCELLED for the afternoon session, regardless of when the signal goes down. We will try to provide a credit for next term, or a refund.
If you have not left home, please remain there. Lessons are CANCELLED and we will try to provide a make up class at a later date or credit the lesson.
If the Red/Black Rainstorm warning goes up once classes have started (ie. 1:15 – 5:00pm) we might not be able to send/answer any emails because the coaches are in the water.
Classes will continue for any students who are already at the pool and any students who are on their way to the pool.
If you have not left home, please remain there. Lessons are CANCELLED regardless of when the signal goes down.
If you have already left home, it is your decision whether or not to attend the class based on where you are in your journey. We advise caution in any inclement weather and please be rest assured that we will try to provide a make up class at a later date or credit the lesson.
As always there may be exceptions to the policy depending on circumstances outside our control but please check your email at 11:15am for class cancellations.

Typhoon Signals If the Typhoon 3 signal (T3 signal) is hoisted Lessons continue when the T3 signal is hoisted, except for the following groups:
In accordance with current EDB guidelines, when all-day or afternoon school for Reception/Kindergarten children (and younger children) is cancelled, children in this age group should also not attend the swimming lessons. This includes the Saturday sessions. That means lessons are cancelled for the following children:
CIS students - all children in Reception (and their younger siblings).
Non-CIS students - all Kindergarten-aged children and younger children ie. 0-5yr olds.
If the Typhoon 8 signal (T8 signal) is hoisted Lessons are cancelled for everyone when the notification for the T8 signal is posted. We will advise everyone via email for the cancellations, based on EDB and CIS directives..
ADULT SWIMMING - MON, WEDS, SAT Heavy and Persistent Rain
If the Red/Black Rainstorm warning is in place, ALL lessons will be CANCELLED. We will provide a credit via the Bookeo system.
If you have not left home, please remain there. Lessons are CANCELLED and we will try to provide a make up class at a later date or credit the lesson.
If the Red/Black Rainstorm warning goes up once classes have started the session will continue for any students who are already at the pool and any students who are on their way to the pool.

CANCELLED SESSIONS
If a session is cancelled due to weather refunds or a credit will be issued.
All decisions made by 26 Limited are final.
MAKE UP SESSIONS
If a youth athlete misses a session due to medical reasons then please contact us for make up sessions. This must be done 24hrs in advance. Sudden serious illness cases do not require 24hrs. Copy of medical certificate from Dr is necessary for this. Only serious medical conditions will be considered for credit, all decisions by 26 Ltd on this are final.
Make up sessions or refunds will not be given for non medical related schedule conflicts.
