YOUTH RUNNING

To help develop fitness in Hong Kong we have designed a programme to encourage young athletes to participate in athletics and endurance events.
Our proven programme has produced multiple HKSSF record holders, placed numerous athletes on Hong Kong National Teams, even developed 2 Olympic athletes, and we are expecting many more to come!


​By improving technique and targeting the different energy systems we help athletes maximise potential in an enjoyable environment. 
All sessions have a focus on technique, form, and bringing out the best possible performance from every athlete. A typical session will be made up of warm up, drills/technique, main set, cool down & stretching.

Athletes will learn about:
1) Developing and maintaining a Running Base
2) Running Form & Mechanics
3) Running Safety
4) Strength/Core Training
5) Aerobic/Anaerobic/Speed training
6) Injury prevention
7) Race Tactics.

There will be a focus on performance through enjoyment of the sport of running. Within each session there will be appropriate sub groups formed to ensure all athletes are doing age and physically appropriate training.

All sessions are a Termly commitment, following the ESF calendar.

Monday @ 5pm-6:15pm Happy Valley (Suitable for 7 - 16 Years)
Tuesday @ 4:30pm-5:30pm Aberdeen Track (Suitable for 7-11 Years) 
Tuesday @ 5:30pm-7:15pm Aberdeen Track (12+ Years - includes core)

Wednesday @ 4pm-5pm Aberdeen track  (Suitable for 6-11 Years)
Wednesday @ 5pm-6:15pm SPRINT SPECIFIC Aberdeen track (Suitable for 12+ Years)
Thursday @ 4:30pm-5:30pm Aberdeen Track (Suitable for 7-11 Years) ​
Thursday @ 5:30pm-7:15pm Aberdeen track (12+ Years - includes core)
Friday @ 4pm-5pm Happy Valley  (Suitable for 6-9 Years)
Friday @ 5pm-6:15pm Happy Valley  (Suitable for 10-16 Years) 
Aquathlon - (Run + Swim) Saturday @ 8am-9:15am Repulse Bay 
(Suitable for 8 - 18 Years)
Bike Skills @ 10:30am - 11:45am Chinese International School (Suitable for 8 - 18 Years)
Term 1 - 11th AUGUST TO 13th DECEMBER 2025

Individual Session - Once Per Week
1 session per week per child term cost. Sessions must be preselected.

Term Fee $4410

Multiple Sessions - Twice Per Week

2 Sessions Per Week Term Fee (10% less) $7938

Training Squad - Three times Per Week
3 or more sessions a week term fee. Sessions must be preselected. For all abilities.

3 + Sessions (20% less) Per Week Term Fee $10584

Step 2            Payment - Cash, Cheque, Bank TT, FPS. All pricing and payment details are on the online registration and confirmation e-mail.
Step 3            Once online registration is completed you can pay following instructions in the confirmation e-mail.
