YOUTH RUNNING

To help develop athletes in Hong Kong we have designed a programme to encourage young athletes to participate in athletics and endurance events.

​By improving technique and targeting the different energy systems we help athletes maximise potential in an enjoyable environment.

All sessions have a focus on technique, form, and bringing out the best possible performance from every athlete. A typical session will be made up of warm up, drills/technique, main set, cool down & stretching.

Monday @ 5pm-6:15pm Happy Valley (Suitable for 9 - 16 Years)
Tuesday @ 4:30pm-5:30pm Aberdeen Track (Suitable for 8-12 Years) 
Tuesday @ 5:30pm-7:15pm Aberdeen Track (*YDP ONLY & 12+ Years)
Wednesday @ 4pm-5pm Aberdeen Track(Suitable for 6-9 Years)
Wednesday @ 5pm-6:15pm SPRINT SPECIFIC Aberdeen track (Suitable for 10-18 Years)
Thursday @ 5:30pm-7:15pm Aberdeen track (*YDP ONLY & 12+ Years - includes core)
Friday @ 06:30-07:30am Cyberport (Suitable for 7 - 12 Years)

Friday @ 4pm-5pm Happy Valley  (Suitable for 6-9 Years)
Friday @ 5pm-6:15pm Happy Valley  (Suitable for 10-16 Years) 
(Aquathlon - Run + Swim) Saturday @ 8am-9:15am Repulse Bay 
(Suitable for 9 - 18 Years)
Individual Session - Once Per Week
1 session per week per child term cost. Sessions must be preselected.
Multiple Sessions - Twice Per Week

 sessions per week per child term cost. Sessions must be preselected.
Training Squad - Three times Per Week
3 or more sessions a week term fee. Sessions must be preselected. For all abilities.

The Youth Development Programme is for those who are on the way to or have already achieved the National Benchmarking times. For more information about YDP please contact us.

Register & Payment

Step 1             Register via our online booking system.
Step 2            Payment - Cash, Cheque, Bank TT, FPS. All pricing and payment details are on the online registration and confirmation e-mail.
Step 3            Once online registration is completed you can pay following instructions in the confirmation e-mail.
