KATE RUTHERFORD 

With over 10 years of coaching and racing at an elite level, Kate is one of the best coaches in Hong Kong toady.  Coaching all ages and abilities, Kate is one of the few coaches that can motivate and inspire all.

Kate was a competitive swimmer from a young age and picked up triathlon after being a full time mum. She is one of Asia's most competitive age-group triathletes as well as competed at an Elite level for HK. She is an experienced ITU level 1&2 triathlon coach, NASM qualified personal trainer, bootcamp instructor and Aust Swim coach.  And is regularly invited to schools as a guest speaker providing motivational speeches.

Kate is overseeing training programmes for aspiring athletes of all ages for triathlon and running covering all distances.  She is able to use her own race knowledge, which spans all distances from ITU to Ironman, to help athletes achieve their goals be it to qualify for AG World Championship, finish their first race in style and develop the young to ITU level.
