- Training squad running and triathlon (For those wanting more than 2 sessions per week)
- YDP squad running and triathlon ( For those wanting to prioritise their sport)
We now cater for kids from 6+ years up until 18 wanting to get involved in either track athletics or triathlon/multisport disciplines. All levels from beginners to elite athletes are welcome even if you are using the training for fitness for another sport.
It is our aim to try and have kids of a similar ability consistently training together, in the same group, with the same coaches each session. This consistency equates to the fantastic results our programme achieves each year.
So far we have taken many youth athletes from casual participants to becoming some of the best athletes in HK and Asia.
