CIS X Country
We're glad to announce that this coming term we'll be coaching an additional school CIS X country session exclusively for Primary students on Mondays straight after school.
Secondary will continue on Tuesday mornings before school as usual. Island School X Country
We're glad to announce that this coming term we'll also start coaching the Island School X country team straight after school on Thursday afternoons.
We look forward to building a great set of new athletes from Island. Kit

Assistant Coach Boet
Great to have alumni athlete Boet returning from the U.K. and helping us as an assistant coach for a few weeks. His prize is one of our most limited edition t-shirts, he's now one of only 3 people who have one! Thanks Boet, great to have you back - keep in touch
Epic U.K. Cycle
Alex, James, and Richard are embarking on a giant cycle mission this month - a whopping 1913km trip from Lands End in Scotland to John O Groats at the edge of England. They're raising money for two charities, Kely group based in Hong Kong, and Blendsworth centre in the U.K.

Congratulations to Lobo for earning a spot to 70.3 World Champs in a very hot Subic Bay race this month! Lobo is one of our longest serving athletes, and is guaranteed to have a smile on his face no matter what the conditions are!

Benji - Ultra Germany
Well done to Benji for his 3rd place in the Hartfuessler Trail race - a 77km Ultra with 2677m elevation gain. Legs of steel. Definitely deserving of a beer on us for this one.
Shea - Memphis Double
Overseas athlete Shea had great results in a double triathlon race weekend.
Olympic on Sat - 3rd place. Sprint on Sun - 3rd place. Shea has been training with us for over a year now, having never done a triathlon, he is now training for full Ironman Arizona at the end of the year. Michael - Pushing his marathon limit
Michael smashed out a new marathon PB in Quy Nhon Vietnam with a 3:05. Our goal is to get him down to join the exclusive 3 hour club. He's well on the way and with such a great work ethic it's only a matter of time!
Mark - 3 out of 3 Wins
Supreme athlete Mark Follett smashes his age group in the Higashimikawa 70.3, just 4 weeks after doing the same in the Desaru Coast 70.3. Adding these two to his Full Ironman Challenge Taiwan win earlier this year it makes it 3 out of 3. We're taking a much deserved rest over summer. Well done mate, keep up the good work.
