Masters swimming continues at CIS 4 evenings a week, Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Saturday evenings 6-7:30pm.

September 2014

Congratulations to Mark Te Riele had a great race in Challenge Almere where he finished 10th in 40-44 AG with a PB of 4:55.

70.3 World Championships
September 2014

Congratulations to Thomas Butter who travelled to Canada for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. He finished a very credible 82nd in 35-39 AG with a PB of 4:34:58 and on the day Hong Kong's fastest athlete.
