YOUTH RUNNING
To help develop running and sport in Hong Kong we have designed a programme to encourage young athletes to participate in athletics and endurance events.
By improving technique and targeting the different energy systems we help athletes maximise potential in an enjoyable environment. We currently hold 13 sessions per week in various locations.

Tuesday @ 5pm-6.15pm Aberdeen Track (Suitable for 11-18 Years)

Wednesday @ 4pm-5:15pm Aberdeen Track(Suitable for 6-10 Years)
