YOUTH RUNNING
To help develop running and sport in Hong Kong we have designed a programme to encourage young athletes to participate in athletics and endurance events.
By improving technique and targeting the different energy systems we help athletes maximise potential in an enjoyable environment. We currently hold 13 sessions per week in various locations.

Please note no sessions will be held on Tuesday 1st to Thursday 3rd February and Tuesday 5th April due to National holidays.
Monday @ 4pm-5pm Happy Valley (Suitable for 6 years to 9 Years)
Monday @ 5pm-6.15pm Happy Valley (Suitable for 10 years to 14 Years)
Tuesday @ 4:45pm-6pm Aberdeen Track (Suitable for 10-14 Years)
Tuesday @ 6pm-7:15pm Aberdeen Track (YDP ONLY & 15+ Years)
Wednesday @ 4pm-5pm Aberdeen Track(Suitable for 6-9 Years)
Wednesday @ 5pm-6:15pm SPRINT SPECIFIC Aberdeen track (Suitable for 10-18 Years)
Thursday @ 4:45pm-6pm Aberdeen track (Suitable for 10-14 Years)
